Over nearly 20 years in corporate operations and leadership, the most rewarding part of my work has been helping people grow in confidence, capability, and the way they lead others.

I mentor managers and leaders at different stages of their careers, from those stepping into management to senior executives, including VPs. Leadership brings different challenges at each level, and sometimes you need an experienced, independent perspective to work through them.

My approach is practical, candid, and grounded in real situations. Throughout my career, I’ve helped colleagues navigate conflict, understand different perspectives, prepare for difficult conversations, and find a path forward, either through individual mentoring or by facilitating discussions.

We can work on: • Navigating conflict and difficult working relationships • Leading teams and developing people • Managing stakeholders and influencing across organisational levels • Delegating, setting boundaries, and balancing competing demands • Stepping into broader leadership responsibilities • Developing your confidence, judgment, and leadership style

What matters most to me is your growth over time. I’ll bring honest feedback, thoughtful questions, and relevant experience to help you find your own way forward and become more confident in the decisions you make.
