Product Manager for data conversions and onboarding into Dentrix Ascend, a dental practice management system.

- serve as product owner for an experience Agile team
- led products including various internal and external facing portals 
- worked on database migration initiative and GIT migration

Responsible for go-to-market campaigns and product communication for Laserfiche’s cloud and self-hosted products as well as influencing and messaging upcoming product roadmap and strategy. 

•	Increased product engagement by presenting monthly webinars on new product features and the upcoming roadmap
•	Executed 8+ new product GTM strategies and led internal product education on new features including enterprise-level security features, collaboration tools, intelligent capture tools, new integrations, and product-wide globalization
•	Streamlined beta and general availability release processes improving cross functional communication and enabling repeatable sales and marketing launch activities
•	Conducted market research for competitive intelligence, product research particularly in intelligent capture, and sales enablement tools
•	Planned end-of-life messaging and communication for two licensing models and two products

Led product research and acted as a solution engineer for new marketplace solutions to position Laserfiche as an intelligent process automation industry leader. 

•	Built Laserfiche marketplace solution templates used by customers over 300 times to reduce implementation time and cost, reducing time to ROI by up to 90%
•	Created and presented targeted solution demos to educate customers and prospects in government, education, finance, manufacturing, and other industries on how to best leverage Laserfiche to address their pain points
•	Conducted research for new opportunities in existing industries and explored opportunities for new  industries
•	Led the research for and creation of a highly popular flexible contract management solution that leveraged existing Laserfiche features
•	Sourced and reviewed customer and partner-submitted integrations for the marketplace

I led a globally-distributed Agile team in creating the new robotic process automation (RPA) product line which increased the value of Laserfiche's process automation platform. I then also worked on other features, leading research and experimental projects. I love being able to work closely with customers and resellers to truly understand their pain points then take it back to my team and other collaborators to build solutions to improve customers' lives!

Accomplishments: 
•	Launched the company's first beta initiative and significantly increased customer engagement in the product validation process
•	Led an Agile team 0-1 to create a new product line
•	Spoke in Empower conference's 2019 keynote
•	Laserfiche bots won 2019 WealthManagement.com for document management 
•	Created plan for suite-wide localization and internationalization with a particular focus on EMEA markets

I ensure product quality by thorough testing. I ensure the look and feel of our product is intuitive to our users and serves their purposes. I design acceptance and test plans to guide development to our goal of a user-friendly product.
