About Cosmin Gliga
Executive Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, Mentor at TPC Leadership
Originally from Romania, Ireland has been home for the past 20 years and my managerial practice is deeply rooted in western practices and trends. I hold an MBA, MBS in People Management and Corporate Strategy and DBS from the University of Galway. I have applied my academic knowledge in SME and Multinational environments at the senior management level as well as in my role as an internal and external coach. I'm a Leadership, Executive and Team Coach working with Top Teams, Executives and Managers across different industries to ignite the search for their purpose, improve their performance or develop leadership practices. My purpose is to work with leaders and teams to enable their development and identify opportunities within themselves that impact their whole organisation.
