I'm a business strategy & operations fractional consultant. I work with brands and leaders to solve problems and unblock their growth.

My role encompasses three primary pillars:

1. Team: I lead a Consulting Strategy & Project Management Delivery team of direct reports, coaching their growth and continued development. This includes hiring and screening candidates for the department, through to the onboarding and structure we welcome the team with.

2. Clients: I'm personally responsible for the business development and account growth, as well as the successful delivery of, fortune-500 digital transformation and management consulting engagements for my clients. I manage budgets, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and look for opportunities to deliver the highest value as a trusted digital partner.

3. Business: I lead the company's formal business operations practice. I identify operational efficiencies, develop internal tooling, and optimize processes that power our growing services and teams.
