Hi!
My name is Craig Graham and I am a Freelance UX Researcher. Previously I was the UX Manager at Thorn where I built a scrappy design team to research and create experiences that help to stop the spread of Child Sexual Abuse Material(CSAM) on the open web, identify CSAM suspects, and recover victims of Child Sex Trafficking. At Thorn, I grew our UX team from just myself to a team of five supporting products across industry, law enforcement, and NGOs. Previously I was the Lead Designer at a telecommunications startup called vMOX and a Sr. UX Researcher at GE. In total I have been practicing UX for over ten years and have a degree in Computer Science.
