Hi! I’m Cristiano, an Energy and Environmental Engineer who discovered his true calling during my master’s thesis—while developing a Model Predictive Control system for low-energy ventilation and cooling using Neural Networks. That experience sparked a deep passion for problem-solving, software development, and continuous learning in fast-evolving environments.

Afterwards, I joined an academy for non-IT professionals transition into becoming OutSystems Developers. Since then, it’s been an exciting journey: growing from junior developer to senior developer, and eventually taking on the role of Tech Lead. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience building scalable applications, leading teams, and delivering solutions in real-world, high-pressure contexts worldwide.

I’m excited to mentor people who are tackling technical challenges with OutSystems or looking for guidance in their career progression. On the technical side, I can support you with application design, performance optimization, integrations, and factory architecture. On the career side, I can help you navigate a transition into OutSystems from another technology or even a different career path, as well as identify the key skills and focus areas needed to grow and advance in your OutSystems career.
