Led product design at Traced, moving the team from abstract thinking to a more validation-driven and execution-focused approach. Worked closely across product and engineering to turn strategy into intuitive, user-centered features that shipped efficiently.
Owned the creation and maintenance of design systems, detailed UX specs, and end-to-end sprint planning to keep design aligned with fast-paced delivery cycles. Collaborated daily with product and engineering leads to translate requirements into developer-ready solutions. Managed design workflow and sprint velocity, while identifying and addressing design debt. Advocated for the end user through continuous validation, using task success metrics and a strong focus on clear, effective UI.
