Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m a Senior UX Researcher at Amazon where I lead B2B research that influences product strategy and decision-making across large teams.

My background is a bit unique. In addition to working in tech for over a decade, I’m also a professional singer and performer. That combination has shaped how I approach research communication, storytelling, and executive presence. I’m passionate about helping researchers not just do great work, but communicate it in a way that actually influences decisions.

I love mentoring researchers and designers who want to grow their confidence, clarify their thinking, and present their insights more effectively.
