About Crystal Yu
Content Designer, UX Writer at Wolt
I'm a Content Designer originally from the US and am now based in Stockholm, Sweden. I transitioned from Copywriting into UX writing and Content Design, and have worked in environments ranging from small agencies to startups to large tech companies.
I've most recently worked at Spotify, working on their web-based music production tool, Soundtrap. Previously, I've helped develop conversational features for the Google Assistant, and helped build a car subscription service for Mini Cars.
I'm happy to share my experiences and journey in Content Design, or offer any advice on portfolios, interviewing, or working abroad. I'm also always down to chat about the trials and tribulations of Content Design, including stakeholder management, context switching, burnout, prioritization, and advocating for the role :)
