Hi! I'm Cynthia, a senior product designer at the New York Public Library. Six years ago, I signed up for a UX bootcamp and was able to transition into product design with a background in social entrepreneurship, industrial design, and art direction. Although I already had experience in a creative/design field, getting through the bootcamp was one of the most difficult things I had done for myself professionally, but now I love what I do and I want to help others who are on a similar path to build a better future for themselves.
