What mentees say
“Mr. Amellio is highly knowledgeable about UI/UX design and backs his points/advice with concrete, real-life examples. He would be an expert to consult with for anyone who wants to dive deeply into design-related topics.”
“Darrin is the type of mentor who *actually* cares about your growth and success. He discusses your goals, then caters feedback and advice toward helping you achieve them. He pairs experienced insight with actionable steps you can immediately implement, too. Beyond that, Darrin's straightforward approach is a breath of fresh air.”
“Darrin is such a thoughtful and heart warming mentor. We talked from portfolio to interview to working in a team, and he shared a lot of resources and tricks on how I can best relate my past education/experience to jobs I'm applying for. I would highly recommend for designers of all levels!”
