Heinsohn Business Technology is one of the largest software factories in Colombia, where I am in charge of the Engineering and Consulting business unit, where we develop state-of-the-art technology for public and private companies, not only for clients in the United States but also in Colombia. We have most of our developers in Colombia. We are a motivated and disciplined team of more than 250 people with developers, analysts, testers and project managers.

As Engineering Director I am in charge of approximately 200 people where our biggest challenge is to provide our customers with the solution that best suits their needs, advising them from start to finish throughout the process.

Los Andes University is one of the best private universities in Colombia
- I teach Corporate Information Systems, it is a course about technology intended for undergraduate accountants and business administrators.
- We learn how technology has changed the base definition of company and strategy. Then we work in different information systems like CRM, ERP, SCM, SFA, and the methodologies for successful implementations.

We have provided advisory on business strategy, business development, and we also have helped companies that are undertaking a big challenge due to a change in the market situation and digital transformations. We have helped companies in sectors like casino and gaming, technology, inspection and certification, consulting business, government institutions, and start-ups.

FitCenter is a fitness studio focused in offering close relationship with customers, honest interest in their fitness and health goals, and fun as a way to engage long term relationships with them.

- We started the idea from scratch searching for a breakthrough in an industry using guided classes, new techniques, and no routines as a way to achieve results.
- We have reached more than 400 customers who are maintaining a healthier lifestyle, better self stem and satisfaction

Camino de Santiago was a shared value initiative seeking the welfare of small store owners who account for more than 70% of the sales for Alquería.

- More than 1000 small store owners reached with the program. We achieved better competitiveness and growth for their business.
- We also reached exceptional results for Alquería like sustained brand engagement and recognition due to the genuineness of the program.
- After the program was done, I worked in developing new sales initiatives addressing specific opportunities e.g. new vending machines channel, a fidelity program for our customers, and the use of data mining to measure customer potential.

Advantis is a local business and IT consultancy company founded by former Booz Allen Hamilton members. Their focus is to bring top consultancy practices to Lain American companies.

- I worked as a project manager leading more than ten projects for a non-for-profit organization intended to help professionals continue their study plan in foreign countries through a loan-scholarship model
- The main project goal was to help them establish a new business unit and to adjust their current IT solutions along with the development of several new IT platforms.
- Our focus was to increase operational efficiency through the use of IT and the development of self-service culture among loan-scholarship beneficiaries.

Heinsohn is one of the major software producers in Colombia.
