Launching of new businesses:
- Developed and implemented a product strategy for an ecosystem product in order to create new revenue stream that reached 35% of the total volume GMV 
- Integrated all existing services into the ecosystem and designed a general customer onboarding flow, resulting in increase from 7% to 25% in the new services penetration rate
- Established a seven-member product team from scratch 
- Released 5 new products for B2B clients: fuel cards, business trips organization, packages and groceries delivery services, stationery and office equipment

- Redesigned onboarding flow and increased conversion rate by more than 2 times
- Created and applied marketing strategy that doubled the number of new active clients

- Developed and launched two products from scratch: car sharing for business and business meals services with positive unit economy;
- Led virtual teams that included developers, marketing, sales, and back office; 
- Built and enforced product and marketing growth strategies that let to the achievement of the planned performance

- Overseen 7 methodists and enhanced the range of courses:  Python, Video Editing, Cyber security that resulted increasing of new students 
- Launched a set of courses for a new age group (14-17) to expand the product's potential audience
- Released MVP of an online course to test a new business model
- Expanded operations to include Ekaterinburg and Novosibirsk and achieved the planned performance 
- Opened a school in the largest shopping mall in the city to test the hypothesis for an international expansion

- Operated a Korean gaming project in Russian Market with the audience of over 100,000 MAU 
- Established partnerships and collaboration with Korean development and business teams to expand the project's reach on the Russian market 
- Improved game monetization causing a growth of ARPPU by 15%.
- Developed new engagement features which led to an increase of session per user by 14%.
- Set up an e-sport platform and a league that resulted saving of 300 000 USD per year with the same retention rate of e-sport players
- Held a world championship for eSports in Moscow, attracting 700 participants, 10 eSports teams, and 300,000 daily views
