I’ve spent 25 years in product and design, from hands-on design roles to leading teams. I especially enjoy helping early-career designers figure out where they’re headed and how to get there.

I’m happy to talk through career decisions, portfolios, interviews, job searches, or simply what to do next. I can also help designers moving into management or new leaders figuring out how to build teams, give feedback, work cross-functionally, and find their own leadership style.

I’ve worked across startups, marketplaces, mobile products, and mission-driven organizations, including Seamless, Etsy, and DonorsChoose. I don’t pretend there’s one right way to build a career, but I’ve made plenty of decisions, mistakes, and course corrections over the years and am happy to share what I’ve learned.
