• As part of the pioneer team here in Singapore with Virspatial Technologies, Dan was integral in defining and developing the vision for the company since its inception. As the key person leading PLG for 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞® SaaS products, Dan leads the effort to define the market for Enterprise Metaverse solutions. This included working with all stakeholders ranging from the marketplace to customers, analysts and thought leaders, to establish the key concepts around Enterprise Metaverse and the value it delivers to enterprises. Dan is passionate about modern demand generation marketing and quickly established a vibrant pipeline for a new solution in a brand new market space.

• Co-partner on the project of Digitalized Healthcare Services with Facial Recognition Technology (Bio-IDiom). Successfully justified the demand for the application in the ageing population (South East Asia) region with substantial revenue streams to support the project upon implementation.
• Followed through project execution (Business proposal and profit plan) and management process in Singapore with NUS members, along with Head of NEC Consulting.

• Collaborated with Frugal team members from NUS in the development of digital livestock tracking platform along with Chipsafer CEO and technical team.
• The solution will penetrate $216B worth of global livestock inventory market.
• Fund raised $0.95M in 2020, currently in the mass production phase for Europe market with Flex Singapore.

• Project Lead for company’s IIoT venture (Equipment & Resource Control and Monitoring System). Appointed by Vice President (Manufacturing) to undertake this task in pioneering the innovation of new applications which will improve the company’s manufacturing efficiency, capability and achieve excellence for quality outputs.
• Project Lead for 3D print implementation, the focus of this project is on wafer modeling. To ensure success in this showcase, my team utilized the use of 3D printed wafer model presentation over the conventional way of showcasing. 
• Project Lead for Auto online routed flow system, integrate digital solutions into company’s resource control and approval system by introducing Microsoft Flow and Power Automate. Brought convenience and efficiency to work processes.
• Conducted Change Management Workshop for all employees - Last for 2 weeks with close to 900 employees.
• Contributed continuous efforts through Innovative Tech Applications on the Quality Cultural change of Skyworks Singapore – Shop floor production efficiency improved by 15%.
• Pioneered and developed a standalone portal (Webpage) to improve working efficiency for production floor by consolidating work suggestions from all employees on a monthly basis. 
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams and achieved substantial savings on the Zero Wafer Breakage campaigns of up to $400,000 each month – Reduction of wafer breakages by 50%.

• Define and develop standards and best practices. Improving ROI through the identification and development of reusable assets.
• Performed design verification, hardware and software development for bench, characterization, yield enhancement, failure analysis and support high volume production related activities.
• Collaborated closely with filter designers and to run evaluations on new products to achieve optimum performance that best provide solutions for BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) technology.
