• Led the UX integration of multiple acquisitions and expansions (Chennai, Pune, Philippines, Czech Republic, Israel, etc), traveling quarterly for strategy and alignment.

• Led UX product modernization for NICE's $1B InContact acquisition, for a seamless go-to-market experience.

• Integrated 7 acquisitions into CXone product offering for a cohesive suite user experience.

• Built a global UX team, fostering user-centricity and positioning InContact as a SaaS call center leader (differentiating from competitors). Established design operations for efficient delivery.

• Modernized product UX, creating a cohesive software suite with superior usability (unlike potentially fragmented competitor offerings).

Head of Design leading digital transformation projects for a legacy voice calling center, partnering with board members and leadership to define objectives, build, and refine product offerings.

• Led multiple intensive leadership strategy sessions and innovation workshops to educate and align stakeholders in advance of a company-wide tech update.

• Ran heuristic evaluations on existing product offerings, overhauled UI and design systems, and managed a small design team dedicated to new product development.

• Introduced chat, email, fax, and other capabilities to call center operatives through a suite of new products, leading to a 300% increase in revenue/ 90 percentile customer satisfaction scores.

• Led the design and launch of AnatomyOne, a first-of-its-kind desktop and mobile app that changed the way med students learned anatomy.  Achieved 100% pre-sales and adoption by all American Medical Schools.

• Led the comprehensive overhaul of existing static database products Stat DX and Rad Primer, to SaaS offerings, introducing a new offering and revenue stream.

• Grew the UX practice to 8 team members, and established process and ways of working with Engineering, Product Management, and leadership team to accomplish core vision objectives.

Created high-resolution 3D models and image maps for detailed product shots, utilizing these for compelling promotional materials across print and multimedia platforms. Designed and developed visual content for prominent clients including Revell Models, Nabisco, Pepsi, MGM, Butterfinger, and Taco Bell. Deliverables included menus, packaging, publication ads, billboards, and various marketing materials.
