I'm a UX Research Manager at Adobe in DC 🌸 It's my job to make sure product & design solutions are rooted in understanding human needs. With a background in design & social sciences, I merged my two worlds into the UXR track in addition to service design and process improvements, and have been in the industry for over 10 years.

I firmly believe that what's good for people, is good for design, is good for business!

Sessions with Danae Paparis

• Women in UX - Research Brain Pick (30 min): Second guessing yourself? Don't have a research team to lean on? Unsure of the right approach for the problem at hand? Unsure if you're even trying to solve the right problem? Sometimes, you just need a second pair of eyes on a research plan. This session type is great for diving into a specific research plan, research question, method, or approach and get feedback on what you're doing from a senior researcher.
• Women in UX - Research Mentor Session (30 min): Let's dive in to what UX Research questions you have. These conversations follow an informal flow of: - An intro - tell me about your background! I'll share a bit about mine, too - Tell me what you're trying to do, achieve, or learn - Ask open questions - think 2-3 big topics that are on your mind - I'll share tips, advice, my experience as it pertains to the areas you want to learn about or get guidance on - We discuss and wrap up from there :)
