About Daniel Alter
Product Designer & Software Engineer at Gatewise
Hi, I'm Daniel 👋 In my 7 years in UX/UI design, I’ve come to truly believe that being a technical designer isn’t just a “nice-to-have” - it’s a game changer. It has not only opened doors for me career-wise but also allowed me to earn higher. In today’s competitive landscape where everyone's fighting for the same roles, every advantage counts - eslecially this one. Throughout the years, I’ve designed and built websites using Webflow, coded design systems with Storybook, and worked close closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect imementstion (or making trade-offs when needed). Currently, I work remotely as the head of UX at Gatewise.
I’m here to help you with: Introducing you to tools like Webflow, React, or Storybook Assisting with any questions regarding these platforms Sharing insights from my journey and lessons learned (career guidance) Providing honest portfolio reviews
