We help Local Authorities and businesses all over the country unlock the power of their kerbs, to the benefit of residents, drivers, high streets and councils.

As a Product Owner at AppyWay, I've got the mission of own and be involved in a suite of products ranging from Analytics, Insights as a driven-decision tool, real-time availability,  mapping, navigation, payment products across mobile and web for use in global B2B and B2C markets.

My subject matter expertise covers analytics dashboard to drive decision, Smart car parks, data factory, data warehouse and Power BI, real-time availability, IoT, API integrations, Parking compliance management.

Trafalgar Travel is the world's most awarded travel brand, and has a multinational internal development function of 100+ people servicing all group IT requirements across the world.

I'm working with global and regional stakeholders, managing the full project lifecycle for Trafalgar’s web and mobile projects, covering e-commerce, social media and online marketing. This includes:
- Managing requirements gathering, scoping, design and development. 
- Generating ideas and prioritising workflow to deliver exciting projects efficiently and effectively. 
- Constantly involved in delivering leading consumer and business facing products and projects to international audiences and stakeholders.

Squad Social is a mobile app designed to encourage active participation in social, sports and cultural activities. 

I advised the business on Product and Process management - from the early phase of conception and product discovery, though the release planning and software development process, to the launching of alpha, beta and production versions.

The App Business is a London based agency of 150+ people - the UK's largest and most experienced team of mobile experts. 

I worked with the expert in-house teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software for major clients including Kingfisher, News UK, Ford, Unilever, Transport for London, McLaren and many more.  I also drove the development of the TAB's market-leading mobile products, being working flexibly between product manager, project manager and account manager,.

Concrete Solutions is a subsidiary of Accenture and with 300+ people is the largest mobile development company in Brazil.

As Product Owner I had the mission of leading the team to deliver consistently with quality, maximizing value delivery and ensuring ROI to stakeholders.  My achievements were:
- I rapidly established trusting relationships with colleagues and clients on problematic projects
- Gained reputation for successfully troubleshooting failed projects and restoring team morale and timings to good health
- Executed best-in-class agile methodologies, including Lean Inception and Discovery — delivering outstanding roadmapping and release plans

Projects at Concrete included:
- A mobile video streaming app for sports news and football matches
- An ‘iPlayer Radio’ style streaming app for Brazil’s largest media organisation
- A complex financial product (analysing lending risk and aiding decision-making) for Brazilian Investment Bank

Alongside my role at Sankhya, I worked evenings as a Lecturer in Computer Science at the local university.  Sankhya asked me to use the course to spot, nurture and recruit new talent for the company's internship program.

I was Lecturer of the Information Systems course, responsible for the disciplines of Algorithms, Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, Agile Project Management and Technological Innovation.

Sankhya is one of Brazil's largest providers of corporate management (ERP) solutions, with over 1000 employees and 10,000+ corporate customers.

- I transformed software design, development and delivery processes, improving reliability, innovation and quality — led to greater client satisfaction and retention
- Introduced the Scrum Framework, scaling to 7 teams after initial pilot.  Was appointed to supervise all Scrum Masters
- Led implementation of Kanban for incident resolution team and switch from Scrum to Lean methodology, with outstanding results — 50% reduction in time to new versions, 86% reduction in system errors and legacy bugs plus increased focus on quality and innovation 
- Presented GPD (Brazilian KPI-oriented strategic methodology) to CEO, defining overall corporate objectives and rolling across the organisation
- Promoted to manage team of 50 — focussing on team morale, performance appraisal and improving recruiting techniques
- Trained multiple teams and conceived and created digital forum for learning and improvement
- Coach to the company's Software Engineers
