• Component Development and Improvement: Managed the ongoing development of new, and enhancement of existing components in alignment with the product roadmap, ensuring a robust and evolving design system.

• Weekly Syncs and Documentation: Organized weekly sync meetings to keep all stakeholders informed. Prepared comprehensive reports, documentation, and maintained the Design System (DS) roadmap to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

• Process Establishment: Established streamlined processes for the development, approval, and improvement of design system-related work, fostering a structured and efficient workflow.

• Automation and Repository Management: Successfully implemented automation for tokens with 3-level abstractions from Figma to production. Introduced a repository system for branching, reviewing, and quarterly production releases of design system work, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Design Principles Foundation: Led a team effort to lay down the foundation of design principles such as type, spacing, and color systems, which our design system adheres to, fostering a coherent and user-centered design approach.

• KPI Enhancement and Integration: Owned the KPIs area in the product, enhancing how KPIs are visualized, structured, and presented. Contributed to the strategy of aligning KPIs with OKRs and worked on a vision to combine them in a cyclical framework. Created a collaboration functionality enabling users to discuss data points and forecast KPIs asynchronously with threads.

• Data Visualization Improvement: Actively collaborated with peers to revamp data visualizations in the product for improved insights and data readability, aiding customers in better decision-making.

• AI Integration: Contributed to integrating AI capabilities within core user flows, elevating the user experience through delightful interactions.

• User Research and Insights: Conducted a range of user research activities including moderated interviews, unmoderated user testing, and surveys. Analyzed Net Promoter Score (NPS), user feedback across various channels, and user behavior via Amplitude and custom SQL generated insights to inform decision-making and briefs on roadmap items. Each research activity culminated in a report and a Point of View (POV) recommendation, aiding in better-informed decision-making for product enhancements.

• Managing the marketplace that featured assets related to the OKR methodology, alongside nurturing our consultant partner network. Worked on Quantive’s product to promote and enhance the template marketplace, which in turn facilitated our partners' success.

• Co-creating a comprehensive two-year vision for the application marketplace, laying the groundwork to allow external developers to build on the Quantive platform, thereby extending functionalities and enabling custom integrations.

• Actively participating in the development of collaboration and brainstorming features within Quantive's whiteboards, contributing to a more effective internal communication and idea-generation process.

• End-to-end custom white-labeling service in the Fintech industry. That includes custom branding and web design, and marketing campaigns with videos and landing pages. The visual guidelines are applied to the internal product as well for each customer.
• I have worked actively simplifying the interface by introducing side panels and inner pages. Trading platforms can be overwhelming and this was a significant challenge.
• Created a concept from LMS from scratch that provides trading skills for beginners to experts. I've conducted user and competitive research, drawn user stories and user journeys, created many wireframes, and built the product UI design. An MVP was released during my time in the company.
• Created a very simple, yet easy-to-use cryptocurrency exchanging platform that works with Ethereum and Bitcoin.
