Working directly for the CEO’s of Up and Bendigo Bank, I was responsible for creating the next business venture for Ferocia and for the Bendigo group, an ESG challenger that will shape the future of social impact in Australia.

Through a mix of excellence in technology and desirable products, I built a commercially viable venture that contextualises community building, social impact and community into the Australian zeitgeist, and bolsters the spirit and soul of the nation.

Lead a multi-disciplinary incubation team across AU and NZ, working with global scale partners to rapidly build and test next generation capabilities in market with real customers. In my time in this role I ran the full product development cycle from customer research, product ideation and creation, through to build and delivering in market with customers.

Responsible for setting the direction for emerging technologies such as Open Banking via example in-market, for the NAB group's companies (Nab, BNZ, 86,400 and UBank), and regularly interfacing back in with the NAB Executive Leadership team.

As one of the founding members of Nab's design practice, I helped to grow a world class and human centered team of around 150 talented people in just 3 years by growing, mentoring and leading design teams in Innovation, Digital, Marketing, Digi-Wallet, NAB LABs and many more.

Leading the design efforts across Digital and NAB Labs on the NAB digital wallet project, our consumer facing offerings across travel, credit cards and more. Working across San Fransisco, Singapore and Melbourne with an incredible team and major partners such as Visa, CIBC and others. Across the past 18 months with a small team charged with thinking differently, we have spoken to hundreds of customers, driven design thinking and customer voice in the business, set a future strategy for key market and product segments, delivered consistently great experiences for our customers, and also won the 2017 CANSTAR Innovation Excellence Award.

Designing the future for the largest retailer in Australia. Trusted by the executive team to build and guide their digital future, consulting on growth, the entire business on UX/CX, usability and design, and building a suite of apps and websites, including Spotify, Netflix and Amazon competitors. This included building out key partnerships and collaborative design with major partners such as SONOS, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, Universal, Warner, Ultraviolet, and many more.

Responsible for the brand of one of the largest Telecommunications companies in Australia. Tasked with creating not just advertising, but also solutions for the business. Consulting and producing advertising to nearly 1,000 employees with the service offering of a full agency, allowing a telecommunications giant to transition from a retail business, into the leading B2B provider.

Built and managed a successful web department, won business from and serviced clients that included some of Australia’s largest companies.

Worked on multiple pitches, learnt the advertising trade hands on and developed the skills to create effective and creative advertising.

Coordinated a photographic studio, managing the relationship between multiple high profile clients and photographers, ensuring the best possible mix of creativity and efficiency.
