I have over 25 years of experience in design and currently lead the team at Venturus, a Science and Technology Institute in the city of Campinas, SP.
I manage a team of over 40 people and focus on design strategy, including defining work processes, creating new team topologies, mapping and planning careers, operationalizing design, systematizing and scaling design changes, as well as creating strategies and offerings for new products.
In addition, I have knowledge of various design practices and methods, including hands-on experience with user and stakeholder interviews, discovery dynamics with clients, information architecture, project presentation, interface design (from concept to implementation), design system governance, and conducting workshops.
Creator of Content on UXNOW I created the UXNOW channel to explain UX, User-Centered Design, and Information Architecture.
Teacher As a teacher, I have taught in various disciplines related to design and UX (IBTA\Metrocamp\Véris, PeopleTec, Iladec, Faculdade Impacta Tecnologia, PUC Campinas, MBA USP-ESALQ, Seda MBA, BBI MBA, IED, among others).
