About Daniel Lee

Interim Manager, UX Research at Impactful Insights

My passion lies in bridging the gap between humans and technology; customer-centric focused. In the short amount of time that I have been immersed in user (experience) research, my skills in utilizing mixed research methods, qualitative and quantitative research, ethnography, benchmarking, rapid iterative lab testing have grown exponentially. Beyond the skills of user research methods, I also have proficient knowledge in utilizing various research tools, such as eye-tracking, biometrics, dScout, iMotions, qualtrics.com, unmoderated and moderated user testing platforms. I'm also a husband, dog and cat parent, and traveler!
