About Daniel Simões
Staff Designer at CI&T
I have been a designer for over 20 years, and what drives me the most is turning ideas into solutions that make sense for people and businesses.
I like to balance strategy and craft, always focusing on the real impact of the experiences I help to create. I have lived this in complex projects, leading design system initiatives, mentoring designers, and learning every day how to create products that really matter.
Today, my focus is on growing as a leader, expanding my strategic view, and being more bold, always looking for solutions that surprise and deliver value.

What mentees say
“Dani is a long-time design partner, and he always brings interesting topics to the table. Our discussions are full of references, whether we’re talking about something more technical, AI, design culture, or even people management. It’s always a huge pleasure to absorb a bit of his culture and gather references to become a better designer myself. Let’s go all in!”
