•	Defining the company's long-term product strategy in alignment with corporate vision
•	Rebuilding and leading a team of 7 product professionals to accelerate growth
•	Redefining the hiring process, coaching and mentoring of the product team into a successful and independent team

Killi is a consumer-facing mobile application that allows people to opt-in to take back control of their personal data and enter into direct financial contracts with brands and advertisers via the blockchain.
• Designing and prioritizing the product roadmap. Using data and user research to drive innovation and new product features according to product vision and market demands.
• Managing a global team of 8 engineers while owning the product backlog and weekly cadence – writing user stories, prioritizing feature development, planning iterations, and keeping our engineers unblocked.
• Constantly collecting information and data from inside and outside sources to inform product direction, understand business processes and pain points.
• Supporting the product strategy by developing a deep understanding of market trends, needs of prospective and current consumers, as well as how consumers use our app and our competitors’ products.
• Ensuring availability and open communications of roadmap and product development plans at all stages of the product life-cycle.

Medallia is an enterprise B2B2C SaaS platform that helps companies gather and analyze customers’ feedback on multiple channels and take direct and measurable action to improve their brands. I joined as the only Product Manager responsible for Medallia Digital's web offerings, as the team and the product scaled up. My responsibilities included:

• Working with cross-functional teams to help advance and develop the company's main product, end-to-end
• Scoping and detailing PRDs and wireframes that deliver on backlog and strategy, and drive the product life cycle through development and product launch
• Owning and managing the backlog and roadmap. Prioritizing continuously in according with new understandings and validations of market needs
• Working closely with the development team in both the definition and development phases of the product
• Reinforcing customer success, marketing and sales activities with global customers and prospects

GamEffective’s B2B SaaS platform uses enterprise gamification to supercharge learning and performance among employees. My role included designing and planning new product features, improving retention and upsell while taking ownership over the company’s key products with Fortune 100 companies worldwide.
• Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Conducting market research to advise product strategy and vision
• Translating product strategy and customers' needs into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Serving as the trusted point of contact for the company's portfolio of customers, from Go Live to renewals, while creating upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities

Managed, scoped, prioritized and coordinated various departments working on large scale projects, worked with leading international software companies, managed enterprise resources, reported to senior management, led large groups on completing common goals without formal authority.

Designed, planned, implemented and administered large-scale computer systems using ASP.Net, reducing service calls by over 70%. Designed and implemented system architecture, data redundancy and recovery plans.
