•	Contributed to concept development for Blooming Expressions top performing Mother’s Day gift line.

•	Shaped design concepts and user experience development for Text Bands; a wearable tech toy for tweens that encourages face-to-face connecting.

•	Created and delivered internal training course to educate creative partners about Design for Experience.

•	Played a key role in establishing and defining the industrial design position for product development.

Supported Creative Brand Strategy by acting as a design/visual expert. Tackled tough conceptual problems and help corporate, business units, innovation teams, and subsidiaries develop more emotionally compelling solutions.

•	Design consultant on several Hallmark.com social networking service applications. 

•	Co-lead early explorations to convert Hallmark character content into interactive mobile applications. 

•	Saved the company thousands of dollars by developing vision statements, processes, and frameworks in house; acting as an internal consultant.
