Welcome to my mentorship profile! As a dedicated freelance designer and art director, I have a wealth of experience in art and design, specializing in areas such as Graphic Design, UI/Visual Design, Motion Design, Branding and Identity Design, Multimedia Design, and Design Operations. I also specialize in Product Design, Project Management, Front-end Development, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Marketing, and Direct Marketing after years of both in-house and agency roles, most recently in fintech.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led in-house creative teams, driving 360 campaigns that encompass everything from broadcast and post-production to social media strategies. I've worked with renowned agencies, including high-profile projects like the Super Bowl LVI campaigns for Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Homes and I'm also a podcaster for the Detroit chapter of the national design association, AIGA. • Craft Compelling Content: Strategy Toolkit (30 min): In these mentorship sessions, you'll discover various ways to excel in content planning and execution. We'll analyze your strengths and weaknesses, guide you in various frameworks, exercises and ecosystems. You'll receive personalized feedback, which will help you become a better content strategist and also align your team to goals and outcomes. - Identify problems with your content and persuade your bosses it's worth the time and resources to do it right - Make sense of your business development and understand your audience - Get stakeholders aligned on business goals and user needs - Set your content strategy and decide how to measure success - Create, maintain and govern on-strategy content
• Intro to Career Coach (15 min): Brief meeting to get to know your goals, interests and career needs from a mentor. Get to know your mentorship style and outline a plan for 1:1 coaching.
• Build a Career Roadmap (30 min): Take a holistic approach to your career with this mentorship series. Learn to build a career roadmap that aligns with your goals and aspirations. From identifying skill gaps to exploring potential career paths, we'll provide insights to support your long-term success. Our mentorship will help you make informed decisions and set a solid foundation for a fulfilling career journey.
