Freelance design generalist. I wear lots of hats; service designer, facilitator, UX designer, researcher and mentor.
I have spent over 22 years working in digital design for well known high street brands, top digital agencies, startups and the charity sector. During this time I managed design teams, led design projects, and established a user-centric mindset in many organisations.
