Following a bit over a year as a UX/UI designer, I've had the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities. Challenging accomplishments of my Product Designer role:

✔️ Led overall design strategy, roadmap planning, and design execution for core product functionality.

✔️ Reduced patient allocation time by 84% and eliminated 43% of doctor idle time by designing an auto-assignment functionality to improve accuracy in manual error-prone processes.

✔️ Improved communication between store and remote doctor users by identifying UX downfalls and redesigning the patient removal and cancellation workflows. 

✔️ Reduced time-to-specification by 30% by introducing a request template, prioritizing problem identification over solution proposals.

After juggling several projects simultaneously in a studio for two years, I embraced the opportunity to focus on a single product. Highlights of my designer role include:

✔️ Evolved key workflows of remote examination with a user-centric approach.

✔️ Revamped operational visibility by designing a performance dashboard, enabling managers to monitor store and remote doctor performance. The tool became our key selling factor.

✔️ Enabled US-to-EU market entry by adapting the product with localization and compatibility updates, launching the product in 3 countries with 5 languages support.

✔️ Strengthened product viability by leading usability tests and promoting research culture to identify and prioritize critical improvements.

✔️ Contributed to the first design system creation for UI consistency across all SW platforms.

As a sole designer in the R&D studio, led the design of the company’s main product and two client projects. 

✔️ Collaborated with SMBs to build B2C MVP solutions in EdTech. 

✔️ Designed, supported, and launched a digital collaboration platform with a cross-disciplinary team.

✔️ Adapted a B2B learning tool by designing mobile & tablet apps with a mobile-first approach to optimize key features for on-the-go experience.

Designed E-Commerces and marketing websites. Created a proof-of-concept hospitality mobile app.
