Hi, I'm Daria! I have 12+ years of experience in product design, design systems, and growth. I currently lead a team of six designers, working cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ship products that actually move metrics. Besides management and design role I teach prototyping at a German university. I relocated internationally four times — so career pivots are kind of my thing. I love helping designers figure out their positioning, build portfolios that land interviews, and navigate the messy transition from IC to lead without losing their mind.
