Recruitment:
•	Managing full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
•	Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements
•	Maintaining database of prospective candidates
•	Scrutinizing, prescreening & tele-interviewing the candidate
•	Scheduling & Coordinating the interview between Candidate & Client
•	Regional search and relocation of candidates
•	Creating vacancy profile and spreading through social media resources (hh, superjob, linkedIn, vk, facebook).
•	Executive search.
•	Preparing short-lists and cover letters.
•	Arranging client meetings, providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
•	Placing candidates, documents’control.
•	Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients.
•	Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
•	Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectations
•	Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good co-ordination with the client arranging the final interview.
•	Co-ordinating with the company and with candidates after company selects the candidate.
•	Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Customer support:
•	Problem-spots discussion,Clarification of  profile issues.
•	Provide information support and return with general feedback.
•	Commercial activity (vacancy request, clients search).
