Meru Health is a 12 week digital program to treat anxiety and depression, distributed in US.

- I worked on improving Engagement and Retention of mobile-first treatment program for anxiety and depression.
- User research, analyzing user/behavioural data & conducting stakeholder interviews in order to understand the main opportunities/problems for Engagement and evaluate their impact and size.
- Planning initiatives aimed on improving the business outcome: 2 month billing.

Loopia Group is a hosting platform serving more than 400k customers (with brands like Loopia and Websupport), helping entrepreneurs easily start and scale their businesses.

- In addition to PM responsibilities, I was leading a team of a UI/UX Designer and PM for internal tools. 
- Focused on improving Conversion funnel for purchasing flow, and Onboarding and User Satisfaction when it comes to Control Panel of web hosting services.
- Improved user onboarding, domain transfer in, checkout flow w/ BankID auth, implemented allowing users to purchase from the admin. 
- Set up ways to measure experience and formed long-term roadmap.
- Conducted user research, usability testings, UX audit of the system.
- Managed the development and maintenance of a Design Library for the platform.

Auntie is low-threshold mental wellbeing service for employees with more than 350 customers (client companies) across Europe. 

As a part of product development team I have an ownership of a self-serve material journey for end-users.  

- Forming and acting upon a vision for the User Journey of a specific customer segment
- Defining, prioritizing and maintaining the product roadmap
- Defining long-term strategy for dedicated area in collaboration with the larger team
- Setting up a discovery process for the concept of self-serve materials
- User research: collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback and working closely with design to convert insights into tangible and actionable items

Revieve develops market leading AI-driven beauty-tech SaaS products. 

Among Revieve’s customers are: Ulta Beauty, A.S.Watson group, Pierre Fabre, Boots (Number 7 brand), and many others.

I managed the development of products in Revieve’s leading vertical: Skincare Digital Advisor (flagship product) and SkinCoach (new product).

- Owning roadmaps for Skincare vertical: Digital Skincare Advisor, Skin Coach, Computer Vision;
- Creating and executing on a vision and strategy for Skincare vertical in general, and for its products (Advisor, Skin Coach) in particular;
- Working on validating assumptions and continuous delivery of a new product (with the goal on retaining more users);
- Supporting customer facing teams in succeeding with the Skin Coach offering;
- Working as a product owner in Scrum dev team, supporting highly-detailed delivery plan for 6 month for the following versions of Skin Coach;
- Initiating, supporting and planning Computer Vision related researches;
- Customer development, involvement in full cycle of feature development: from discovery to delivery and testing.

I led the development of Revieve advisory solutions for Skincare and Makeup, and working on exploring possible solutions for other verticals.

- Leading product development for advisory experiences for different verticals;
- Close collaboration with tech (front-end, dev-ops, computer vision) and design teams (~15 people);
- Setting up processes and collaboration with customer facing teams (business development, customer success, marketing) to gain customer insights and support new partner acquisition and implementations;
- Working on extending the offering of AR effects for make-up virtual try-on;
- Leading concept creation for a new product for skincare (Skin Coach), resulted in public marketing launch, that helped us to test product idea with the interested partners/prospects;
- Successfully launching the first version of Skin Coach;
- Working full cycle on developing features: from discovery to delivery and testing;
- Setting up a platform for product analytics, incorporated product analytics in the product/feature development process;
- Customer development, high involvement into communication with partners, aligning them on product plans and exploring their interest in Revieve's products.

Guarda (guarda.co) is a cryptocurrency wallet, presented on Web, Desktop and Mobile. I was responsible for the development of a mobile multi-currency wallet.

- Managing strategy and long-term roadmap for Guarda Wallet (multi-currency crypto wallet) development.
- Launched iOS/Android multi-currency wallet, 200k+ installations on Android currently. Managed mobile wallet redesign for Android and iOS platforms.
- New products launch. Created a concept and successfully launched Token (ERC-20) generator. experience, that was targeted to support business promotion, and used for Guarda marketing campaigns.
- Entirely reworked API documentation that played a significant role in our partnership referral program.

CoinKeeper is a popular Personal Finance Manager service available on mobile (iOS, Android) and in web. It has more than 200 000 users all over the world.

I was responsible for planning and executing activities targeted on increasing User acquisition, Retention and Monetisation of the service.

- Increased the total revenue of the product by 40% through systematic promo campaigns.
- Increased New Users 2 times by collaborating with Instagram bloggers.
- Email marketing: increased email open rate and CTR by 5% by better targeting; increased MAU of CoinKeeper Web App 4 times.
- Prototyped a pension calculator and published an article about it in popular Russian business media vc.ru about pension (50 000 views during the first two days).
- Managed development of new admin page for emails. As a result we had better audience segmentation for email campaigns.
- Designed and managed development of internal tool for managing promo campaigns. We used this mechanism for partnerships, sales promo (which helped us to increase New users and Income).

Responsibilities: managing Facebook ads, partnerships and promo campaigns, communication with bloggers; content creation (blog and social media), newsletters (planned and triggered) and notifications management; planning and delivery of special projects (i.e. pension calculation tool, users’ spendings forecasting tool); UX writing, forming and managing support team, setting up processes for user advocacy (comms with the dev team).

JUG.ru are organisers of the largest technical conferences in Russia (Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk) and Finland (Helsinki). Every conference gathers more than 1000 developers.

  I was responsible for conference promotion in social media, managing media partnerships, competitors analysis, customer research, email marketing, events organisation.

Profpoint is a marketing research agency, which conducts studies using Mystery Shopper method. 

I was responsible for providing statistical reports with research results, data processing,  questionnaires and address programs creation.
