I've had the privilege of spending over a decade tackling design challenges across product, UI, and UX. From shaping CRMs for growing businesses to pushing boundaries in Web3 gaming, my experience is varied and diverse. I'm also well-versed in assessing talent from spending a good amount of time analyzing portfolios, interviewing candidates, and overall understanding what sets designers apart in the job application process. Additionally, I've learned to grow my skills in negotiation, which have allowed me to achieve a 22% average salary increase via promotions and job changes.
