Hi there! I'm Darren. I’m a UX Director with over 15 years of experience. I started out building websites as a front-end developer, then moved into UX design. Today, I lead a team of talented designers who create user-friendly experiences for phones, computers, and more.
I help hire new team members, support their growth, and make sure we have strong processes in place to do great work together.
Over the years, I’ve mentored people at all stages of their careers—from beginners landing their first jobs to experienced designers aiming for promotions.
I’ve worked in many industries, solving design problems, working with different teams, and balancing business and tech needs.
