Led, hired, and managed the UX and Product Design team for Veeva's flagship product, CRM. Instilled a design process into our development cycle and built the first CRM Design team. Evangelized design to surpass enterprise software expectations and make a desirable salable solution to delight our customers and users.

Veeva is an industry leader in cloud-based software solutions for the Life Science industry. Veeva CRM is the flagship product and key component of the Veeva Commercial Cloud. Veeva CRM was used by 42 of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies.

Built, managed, and led a team of designers from project ideation and conceptual development to project delivery. Defined user-centered processes and design methods per business needs and lean principles. Set the creative direction for the new web and mobile experiences (Zephyr Illuminate). Designed a new design system, components, and patterns. Ensured creative scope was aligned with schedule, team bandwidth, and business objectives.

During my tenure:
• We raised $26M in funding from GV and won two industry awards.

Zephyr Health was a GV (Google Ventures) backed startup helping Life Science companies organize and visualize global health data to better connect their therapies to people in need. Zephyr Health was acquired by Anju Software in October of 2018.
