• Drove 99% QoQ increase in GMV, growing 4X from beginning of H2'22 to end of Q1'23, and breaking company's first US$1M month in sales.

• Drove successful transformation and re-structuring of off-site to on-site fleet management team by establishing core team structures, SOPs, and safety & production KPIs.

• Facilitated recruitment of 100+ contract-to-permanent operators by working with cross-functional partners, union representatives & site management team.
