Designing the future of SAP Ariba products, for 3.6 million users over 190 countries by simplifying the configuration process.

Lead Product Designer for Intelligent Configuration Manager (ICM) - A smart configuration tool for the Ariba product portfolio.

    • Successfully shipped the first release within 9 months of joining the team.

    • Conduct usability testing sessions with stakeholders and customers from Bank of America, IBM, Intuit, Ford, Deloitte and many more.

    • Analyze insights to provide a customer-centric solution.

    • Partner with Product Managers, software developers, QA engineers, visual designers and play an active role in influencing front-end and back-end developers to deliver successful releases.

    • Provide design consultancy to various product teams under the SAP Ariba platform function.

• Led the discovery phase research to design the tool - Industrial Network Director (IND), a central hub to remotely monitor and control machine sensors on factory floors.

• Worked directly with PM's and customers to conduct interviews and surveys in order to define research insights leading to a product offering.

• Promoted to teaching two courses within one semester.

	• Mentored batches of 60 students, assisted the professor and designed interactive visual presentations.

• Led a team of two designers to design themed experiences in print, digital and space design concepts 
            for events.

Was selected amongst a college of 2,500 students to design the Administration Department at the CEPT University which was approximately 2000 sq. ft area. Completed the project in 2 months, before the estimated timeline

Researched and decided on materials and products sourcing. Produce mood boards, presentation drawings, working drawings for podiums and floor plans, designed 3-D sculptures and basic landscape planning.
