I have a background in industrial design, and in my work, I design not only interfaces but also internal team processes. I’m deeply curious about the reasons and motivations behind goals and tasks, which is why I love exploring and uncovering new growth points.

In 2020, I designed the educational program for the “Interface Designer” course at Yandex Practicum as the lead expert curator. I created hands-on assignments, crafted themes, and shaped the meaning behind the theoretical curriculum.

Today, I work with international startups — collaborating closely with founders and top managers, shaping product development strategies, and translating user needs into a language developers can act on.

I’m also a practicing coach certified by ICF standards, helping people tap into their creative potential and find answers to the questions that matter most to them.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — designer, manager, and agency founder. I’m always happy to share my experience and the tools that help me reach my goals without burning out.

I love being in nature, riding my bike, and drawing. At home, I’m trying to grow a little jungle of my own.
