Anova was a past client of Noise 13 and needed support while searching for a full time CDO and CMO. In this supporting role, I collaborated with the CEO, product/digital team, hardware team, and marketing team to set processes in place, and guide the creative teams into the process of working like an in-house agency. 

In this supporting role, my activities included:
- managing the creative team day to day
- creative direction for marketing campaigns (social, emails, website) in-store graphics, interface design, and packaging updates
- art direction and styling for video and photography 
- creating workflow processes and structure
- Interviewing and onboarding new creatives, plus CMO and CDO roles
- generally supporting all things brand and creative while the was growing

In/Visible Project is a collection of events aimed to celebrate and inspire creativity. We created this company out of a need to explore, connect, and create with abandon. Our first event was In/Visible Talks, an annual design conference bringing people together around the process, challenges, and inspiration behind the creative process. In/Visble Salons have been smaller events with a single speaker or activity peppered though out the year. And the newest addition of In/Visble Ventures is a design-led venture, investing in visionaries shaping our world.

My role in the world of In/Visible has been:
- content curator
- event mc, speakers, moderator
- event planner
- community builder
- creative director 
- sponsorship & sales
- brand consultant to portfolio brands

You name it I’ve done it. As the Founder of this agency, I’ve been the sales team, a hands-on designer, creative director, art director, stylist, strategist, mentor, clean-up crew, event planner, and lunch lady. From brand strategy, naming, identity systems, web/print/package design, and environment design our key clients include UBER, Meta, Eat Drink SF, Delicato Family Vineyards, Tile, Personality Hotels, Anova, Good Food Awards, Instacart, World Wrapps, and hundreds more.
 
Just of the few things that are core to my role currently: 
- build, lead, and nurture teams both inside of Noise 13 and for our clients
- define brands from internal strategy to visual expressions 
- develop collaborative and operational efficiencies 
- Craft the scope of work, and budgets needed for projects

Some notable clients/projects:
- Uber’s agency of record from 20 cities to 200, launching hundreds of individual projects all over the world
- Designing Instacart career and corporate websites
- Redesigning SF Chefs event into Eat Drink SF and managing all brand and marketing design for 4 years
- Redesigning Personality Hotels' corporate brand and systematizing the individuality of 6 of their hotels including 3 rebranded hotels and one renaming
- Relaunching the beloved World Wrapps restaurant brand after the original owners bought back the chain of fast-casual outlets
- Designed Tile’s first 3 years of retail packaging and displays, as well as defined the separation of the brand from a single product to a full line of trackers
