Hi, I’m Dave and I’ve had a career spanning 40 years that started in automation and manufacturing technical roles, then developed into roles in sales, marketing, business development, management and leadership. Along the way, I balanced family and work while re-inventing myself with humility, curiosity and continuous learning. I have a passion for developing people and helping them solve problems and make career decisions. Working on communications strategies with an executive coach was a game changer for me and I continue to work with many colleagues as they advance in their careers.
