Lead a mission-critical remake of our existing native iOS iPad application using the latest in hybrid web technology, allowing us to circumvent the app-store and give our team real-time deployment capabilities and diagnostic information

• Worked closely with CTO to envision and rollout new product initiatives, drive roadmap, set priorities, hire and manage over 25 product/engineering members, and foster an inclusive culture
• Assisted in interviewing and hiring a VP of Engineering
• Helped drive our rapid user growth from 100,000 to over 3 million in under 2 years by engineering data-driven marketing solutions
