Responsibility: Designer for sales and annual tax products for the Singapore region and created design alignment across the Asia-Pacific region for our sales tax experiences. 

- Delivered new experiences that catered to regional needs while maintaining and aligning to global experiences through clear and well-documented current and future state designs 
- Conducted desk, generative, evaluative, and beta research to uncover attitudes, behaviors, and past related research and validate design direction 
- Ran workshops to align teams on product discovery, improve ways of working, roadmap refinement, and instilled a continuous optimization ethos in the process that was eventually used as a standard across other teams

Key Achievements
- Launched 2 capabilities to market that improved ease of use for customers for over 50,000 customers
- Designed a globally scalable feature for data sharing with government authorities that over 150,000 customers will eventually use

Responsibility: Designer for products in personal banking, financial crime, loan underwriting, and service management.

- Advocated for product direction with senior management through engaging  and precise prototypes that were a result of workshops, qualitative and quantitive research findings
- Engaged in complex sequencing of work across teams in product, security, architecture, accessibility, platform owners, UI delivery, and development teams
- Delivered detailed designs to ensure high-quality design to development and steered development teams through to delivery 

Key achievements
- Delivered functionality that improved product conversion by 2% and freed up to 800+ hours of banker operational time per year
- Lead the design of multiple financial and identity assessment projects that led to growing the design team x3 in that division

- Implemented design activities for new to design project teams through 
- Facilitated multiple workshops for clients to improve customer understanding and build empathy 
- Delivered a service blueprint for a client to understand customer experience and designed a digital product  based on it

- Design a healthcare app that has a 4.9 rating and ranked in the top 20 for Medical on the app store in 2020
- Designed multiple gamification experiences for a Learning Management System (LMS) used by year 7-12 students across Australia

As Lead Designer looked after the conceptualisation of designs, implementation of UX principles and the delivery of prototypes that conveyed a journey through the product. All designs needed to be responsive to adapt to tablet, mobile, and desktop.

Graphic Designer for a boutique design studio, worked on projects with companies such as Raine and Horn, Oxford, Belle Property, Peony and Air Spa to name a few. Assisted in the delivery of web designs and brand identity assets.
