I was the Lead Designer of my team, where I: oversaw initiatives from discovery to delivery; mucked in with UX Research, UX Design and UI design; and mentored other designers.

I helped drive coherent and cost-efficient user experiences, across much of the Co-op digital estate. Leveraging the design system, we provided extra layers of best practice, service patterns and reusable journeys.
