Hi, I'm David. I've spent 20+ years in software engineering and more than 15 years leading engineers, engineering managers and technical leaders across SaaS, payments, gaming, Web3 and large-scale digital products.
I've worked as an Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Director and VP of Engineering, leading teams of up to 30 people and helping engineers grow into senior, staff, lead and management roles.
I especially enjoy mentoring people who are at an inflection point in their career: strong engineers wondering what comes next, senior engineers trying to increase their impact or new managers figuring out how to lead effectively without losing their technical identity.
