As Director of UX and Product Design for Low-Code App Building and AI, I lead the team shaping the future of application development.

Our mission is to empower anyone with an excellent idea to turn industry insights into powerful enterprise workflow and SaaS solutions.

I was honored to be part of the NextGen Leadership team, a small international two-year cohort that worked on key projects. Guided by senior leadership, our mission was to help shape the future of Publicis Sapient by identifying our biggest hurdles and best opportunities to better our organization for our people.

As manager and then Associate Director of UX at Publicis Sapient, I spearheaded the UX aspect of USCIS's digital transformation, transitioning from a paper-based system to an electronic platform for processing the nation's immigration applications.

During my tenure, our UX team tripled in size. We harnessed the power of AI and machine learning, along with other automation innovations, to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and clear significant backlogs.

We demonstrated agility and quick response during the COVID crisis, devising a safe, remote interview process.

One of our team's proudest achievements was the development of the Beacon Design System. This facilitated faster design and development while enhancing user experience and dramatically improving accessibility.

Notable successes also include cutting down international adoption processing time from six months to a mere three weeks, and reducing FOIA document collection time from weeks to mere minutes.
