Freelance design and creative strategy focusing on unique niche products and experiences. I work with clients that value diverse creativity with hands on design management. This work has pushed me into new creative opportunities and experiences. Recent work includes monument and way-finding signage for a revitalized community park as well as a mid-century Modern church. Reporting to the Executive Director, directed creative, strategy, and UX for digital marketing programs; Reviewed and approved digital marketing programs created by agency partners; Collaborated with marketing and advertising partners, Brand, and internal creative teams on strategic and marketing initiatives.
•	Led diverse, multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed creative team of 30+ designers and writers supporting advertising, digital and social marketing programs, and product launches.

•	Defined and developed AT&T digital principles and Global Language for User Experiences (GLUE) documentation to build alignment on design philosophy across all digital experiences.

•	Built a unified design system for managing digital assets, patterns, code and documentation for AT&T digital standards.
