I started my career as an application developer. At my first job within the US, I was lucky to have a world-class mentor. The focus was always on delivering the best possible solution within time and budget. This mentorship lead me to conclude that to be a good developer your skills needed to go beyond coding.
Years later I was working more and more on the business side of the house. As luck would have it, I found an offer to grow my skills beyond the technical. This move allowed me to become better. A better technology evangelist, a better communicator, a better creator and a better corporate citizen.
For the past 10 years, my passion has been about delivering outstanding experiences. The customer is why we exist. This is true if you have external customers or internal. They are why we are in business and they should be our focus.
