Design career path

- Responsible for quality of the software by testing manual and automated of web, Android, and iOS apps platforms.
- My daily activities are collaborating for apps feature development in all Scrum ceremonies (daily standup meeting, sprint planning, sprint review, etc.) with software engineers & product teams, analyzing user stories, writing test cases, defining test plans, executing tests, delivering test reports, logging and following up bugs.
- Ensure our app’s stability and functionality by developing and maintaining our daily regression tests by using test automation both for UI and API tests, analyzing the trends, and doing some debugging when bugs are occurring.
- As a manager, I am also responsible for project planning related to manpower & scheduling, reviewing the team's daily tasks, giving mentoring for career & personal development, and actively involved in recruiting new and potential talents.

- Initiated and developed new test automation standards and procedures, including test automation framework and tools with the purpose to increase testing coverage and rise up software quality.
- Built a new test automation team from scratch by providing daily guidance related to technical expertise, career development, communication with cross-function, and recruiting new talents.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics to higher management according to the achievement of test automation coverage to measure the productivity of the test automation team.
