Dealing with imposter syndrome

In my current role at Belong, I work within a cross functional product team while also overseeing the UI output from the eight other designers that work across the business. 
 I have worked across many features and have designed many design system components within my four + years working at Belong. This has directly resulted in an increase in; conversions, active services, completion rates and overall customer satisfaction.

- Co-facilitated 15 user testing sessions to get feedback on concepts to help re-design the Pearson Australia website that lead to a high confidence in the design approach backed that was backed by customer feedback. 

- Co-facilitated 10 internal stakeholder interviews to get a sense of the business requirements and expectations for the website redesign to ensure we where meeting business goals.

- Documented design decisions on low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity dev ready designs to ensure decisions where being captured that lead to 5 design artefacts that could be referenced and built upon.

- Co-facilitated 12 customer interviews all day workshops with hotel managers to improve the Qantas Hotels platform. This lead to an increase in hotel promotions that hotel managers published on the platform and increased the platforms nps from 5 to 8 in twelve months. 

- Designed a self-service platform to enable customers to manage and edit existing bookings which lead to an increase in hotel bookings by 12% in a twelve month period. 
Improved the luxury hotels product experience by collating data from heat maps, surveys and internal feedback which lead to a high confidence that the delivery team was no longer needed and was able to run on its own. 

- Collated existing Qantas Hotels research to help Jetstar Holidays improve the overall user experience that lead to 15 high priority design recommendations that where put in to their delivery backlog.

- Designed marketing assets (Animated banners, EDMs, social media materials and more) to help promote over six major art exhibitions which exceeded the amount of web traffic and overall conversions made on the website.

- Designed the audio guide for the major Andy Warhol | Ai Weiwei exhibition to provide customers with enhanced digital wayfinding and additional information when walking through the exhibit. The re-design generated a high amount of revenue than in previous years and was purchased as an add on by over 40,000 ticket holders. 

- Re-designed the NGV e-newsletter that gets sent out to over 100,000 subscribers to get a better click through and open rate. The re-design saw a 36% click through rate and a 64% increase in open rates that what the previous newsletter had.
