- Designed key MVP features of our product from concept ideation through all phases of design work to handoff, using an iterative design process.

- Conducted user and market research using mixed research methods to identify user pain points and discover business opportunity spaces.

- As a intern at the UX research team and responsible for the research operation, assisting research planning, analyzing collected data and designing the final report.
- I mainly participated in the Paywall optimization and Search experience optimization project during my internship. We conducted research using mixed methods to cover problems from multiple angles.

- As an intern, I assisted senior researchers in conducting research and generating insights based on data collected from qualitative research methods (Focus Group Interviews, Diary Studies, and desk research/market research) and quantitative data (surveys).
- I supported the team in analyzing the UX of our clients’ competitor apps and services in-depth, helping the team come up with insights and actionable design solutions.

- Participated in the Meta OS ideation project with the Microsoft Design team in Redmond. As a UX researcher/designer in our team, I conducted user interviews, field studies, market research, and created video prototypes to validate and showcase our idea.

- Designed marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, website banners, postcards, etc. I also communicated directly with clients to ensure the best outcomes.
